Kevin Beck and Justin Pingel founded Beck Pingel as a result of their shared desire to provide clients with high-quality legal representation and personalized service. We have experience litigating, mediating, and otherwise successfully resolving a broad spectrum of family law matters, ranging from simple, step-parent adoptions to complex, highly-contested divorce and child custody disputes. We have helped our clients with the modification of decrees of divorce, alimony issues, collaborative divorce, pre and post-nuptial agreements, paternity issues, guardianships, division of debt and assets, actions to recover support arrears, domestic abuse, and relocations (before, during, and after divorce). We regularly handle both ordinary and complex cases in each of these areas. We are also familiar with the uniform state and federal statutes governing questions of interstate custody and child support.
Kevin and Justin both come from a multidisciplinary litigation background, having previously been partners at a complex litigation boutique firm in Henderson, Nevada, and before that, associates at large regional litigation law firms. Our broad base of experience enables us to better serve our family law clients as we draw on our complex litigation experience to investigate, analyze, and litigate family law matters.
